In the early months of Nexere, I was a candidate care administrator. It was my job to find new business but also to help build up a bigger candidate portfolio by calling people and finding out what they want, what their dream job is and who else they might know who’s currently on the market, this helped other resources and account managers at the time trying to find candidates for their positions. I get a kick out of finding the perfect CV. Someone who has a long line of specific experience within Councils, Boroughs and NHS as those types of CVS are typically hard to find.
