My passion for driving successful business came from my summer venture buying and selling Kayaks, after my volunteering experiences at Sue Ryder working with food banks, and working with primary schools in Jamaica. What has this got to do with recruitment you ask? A lot. I learned that I really care about people. I chose a career in recruitment to improve people's lives and advance their careers to match their goals in life. Every conversation is a step towards changing someone's life for the better.
