Then based on constructive feedback, I search to satisfy my clients' expectations once more by providing the perfect fit for the role given. After scoping a challenging role, it feels amazing to secure the best candidate in such a niche space. It's also even better when it proceeds to interview and that buzz when you are notified of an offer being given.
