I started in recruitment in 1997 and was immediately hooked. I like the fact that no 2 days are the same and you get to speak to people from all different countries and cultures, and of course, you are always learning. From the technical standpoint, I have recruited within the IT, Telecom, and Datacom fields, initially all over the world but most recently, UK and Benelux regions. My specialisation has been more directed to contract/temp recruitment but has also worked with clients requiring permanent hiring support. There is no better feeling than finding someone a great position and having a happy candidate and client!
