My recruitment career began in Ernst in 1997 joining one of the fastest organic recruitment companies as a delivery consultant. I will never forget the time I spent mastering the craft of sourcing Technology candidates across a broad range of positions, I hasten to add with no internet and an applicate entry card CRM! I learnt very quickly that time and trust was of the essence in order to reach the best candidates, matching them as closely as possible to the companies’ requirements. I was fortunate enough to be promoted throughout my career based on my ability to consistently meet induvial and team targets both local and internationally, combined with having the right personal qualities that enabled me to reach Director level. I love the sense of personal achievement and satisfaction that is culminated from recruiting across the globe, the opportunity to use all the skills that I have learnt to bring the best in class recruitment service and build relationships with people.
