I have been working in the recruitment industry since 2014, across sectors including general business, healthcare, IT, white-collar and more. I have worked with businesses and candidates across the globe, and I’ve had experience with multilingual hiring. As a recruiter, I dealt with the end to end recruitment process and delivered high quality service from consultation to end contractor offer. Now I am proud to be the Head of People & Performance at Nexere where I can pass on my knowledge and encourage success with the wider team. Ultimately, I relish watching the learning and development of my colleagues. HR and L&D are very influential to one another, so it has been beneficial and a great success to oversee both departments. Some of my best achievements at Nexere so far are the development of our Sri Lankan office and kickstarting the Nexere Academy for our graduate recruiters and 360 business development training. What I love most about my job are the many touchpoints I have within the business and that I make an impact on a wide variety of projects happening across the company.
