  • EPC/SAP Assessor

    A SAP (Standard Assessment Procedure) assessor is a specialist in the United Kingdom who does energy evaluations on residential and commercial buildings. They use the SAP software to make calculations utilising this data, which results in a rating for the building's energy efficiency. Assisting in the reduction of energy use and greenhouse gas emissions, as well as helping building owners and occupants save money on energy expenditures, is a key function of a SAP assessor.

  • OCDEA/DEA

    An On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA) is a specialist who is in charge of evaluating the energy effectiveness of new homes while they are still under construction. An OCDEA's role is to ensure that new homes meet the energy efficiency requirements outlined in the Building Regulations, which aim to reduce new building carbon footprints and improve energy efficiency. Their duties may include: 

  • Energy Manager

    An energy manager is a specialist in charge of overseeing an organization's usage of energy. Their main objective is to minimise the negative environmental effects of the organization's energy use while also reducing energy prices and consumption. Their job responsibilities may include: providing energy education/training, developing energy management strategies and maintaining compliance with energy regulations.
